Post Election Sadness

This is why I’m upset – Not because Trump won.  He had a 50/50 chance.  I would have been disappointed with Hilary Clinton too.  Why I’m mad is because people who claim to be Christ followers, Christians, honestly believe that the President-elect is a fellow believer. I’m shocked.  I’m stunned.  Most importantly, I’m saddened. If you think that he was the “lesser of two evils”, I can understand.  If you thought that maybe his erratic policy would shake things up, I can understand that too.  But if you honestly think that this man is a Christian, well, that I can’t understand. I'm Back...again!

Orlando, Florida was a blast! The only set back was that we didn't have enough time to spend there. A friend of mine and her family were planning a trip to FL. My friend wanted me to meet her cousin who was going to be meeting them there in Florida. So she asked me if I wanted to go, I said yeah, and so at 11 PM Sunday night, I began packing for Florida. We left Monday morning at 6:30 AM! We stayed at the Nickelodeon Hotel, which was actually tons of fun even for us older folks. We went to Epcot, Downtown Disney, and did a little shopping also. ***************** The whole church split thing is going full force. It's gotten really ugly actually. Several people have begun posting comments anonymously on my blog and other friends blogs with rude comments. I feel really bad for these people. American Idol? I think NOT!

Let it be said, American Idol is rigged! I've always thought this, but I know for sure this season, it's true! First, have you ever noticed that they pick certain people to do "stories" about. Somehow 99% of those people end up making it to the top 12. Amazing they have such an accurate record, considering that the shows choosing the top 12 is not pre-recorded? Hmmm?? Have the producers already decided who they want to be the top 12? Secondly, the whole Chris exit . Please, everyone in America wanted Chris to win. Everyone knew Chris was going to win. Personally I think there was some talking going on with him and the producers, he got a good offer and asked to be kicked. I have no proof of that, but it sounds good. I mean, come on, everyone knew Chris was going to win. This week, it was down to Taylor, Katherine, and Elliott.
