No I haven't forgotten about you or fallen off the face of the earth. I'm actually in Hot Springs visiting my friend Sunshine and her new baby!!

Let it be said, American Idol is rigged! I've always thought this, but I know for sure this season, it's true! First, have you ever noticed that they pick certain people to do "stories" about. I'm Back...again!

Orlando, Florida was a blast! The only set back was that we didn't have enough time to spend there. A friend of mine and her family were planning a trip to FL. My friend wanted me to meet her cousin who was going to be meeting them there in Florida. So she asked me if I wanted to go, I said yeah, and so at 11 PM Sunday night, I began packing for Florida. We left Monday morning at 6:30 AM! We stayed at the Nickelodeon Hotel, which was actually tons of fun even for us older folks. We went to Epcot, Downtown Disney, and did a little shopping also. ***************** The whole church split thing is going full force. It's gotten really ugly actually. Several people have begun posting comments anonymously on my blog and other friends blogs with rude comments. I feel really bad for these people. The Shallow Side of the Blog

I pride myself in being balanced. I'm not too liberal or too conservative. I'm not too girly nor too much of a tomboy...etc. Well today I'm throwing my balance to the wind and I'm going to be shallow. I went to the mall in search for a jersey for a friend. Well why I was there, I had to stop by a few stores and check out the clothes. I found not one, not two, but three new skirts. What's even great is that 2 of them are blue jean, and for all of you apostolic girls out there...you know how hard it is to find a good blue jean skirt. One even came with this really trendy scarf belt. I'm very excited about it! I've never noticed how much clothes I actually have. Some of the students have made the comment that I have not worn the same outfit since school started on January 3rd. What's sad, or good, is that they're right.
